Real support in the virtual world

consultancy

Consultancy work is part and parcel of the work we do.  As organisations change then we are often involved in delivering work to help change happen successfully.  In the past adsl-it have worked with organisations at key stages in their development by taking on key roles and providing advice.

Sometimes this can be short term to help with changes. In other instances the support is ongoing for several years whilst far-reaching changes are being implemented.  From supporting start-ups to changes of key staff, re-organisation, adopting and implementing new systems, office re-location and assisting with the IT aspects of the design and implementation of relocations to new bespoke buildings.
